Due to spacing issues based on ticket roll manufacturers, the rolls may slide away from the sensor. This can cause ticket jams and false low paper notifications.

To prevent this we offer a red V6 washer for ticket rolls with plastic cores. We offer a V7 for ticket rolls with cardboard cores.
