Inventory

The Inventory section can be found under the Activity menu item. Inventory records are produced via a handheld or provided by an external payment source.

Inventory Summary

The summary provides a high-level view of inventory for the parameters entered by Location.

The search requires a date range while Location and User are optional search parameters.

Inventory Detail

This form will display all inventory records for the given date range. The user may also use the additional search parameters for Payment Date, Location, User, Plate, and Stall.

The search results can be sorted and filtered further as needed.c

CallToPark

Access the CallToPark information under the Actions menu. This area is used to view CallToPark Users and Activity.

CallToPark Users

View and search CallToPark users by phone or name. The list may also be exported.

CallToPark Activity

Search for records by date range, customer, and vehicle information

Transactions The transaction screen allows the user to search for any financial transactions
