Routes are used for enforcement and VRS configuration. Routes allow organizations to configure locations with users and devices for enforcement.
Tap Routes from the main menu.
Search for the route you would like to edit.
Note: To find routes at a lower organizational unit you will need to switch to the lower organizational unit by selecting the person icon on the top right and clicking Select Org Unit.
To add a route, click the +Add Route button on the top right.
To edit a route, double click the route to open it.
Locations available to the current org unit will display on the left side unless assigned. Those currently assigned to this route are shown as Assigned in the right panel.
This panel allows for users to be assigned to specific routes and works very much the same as the Locations panel.
To select/deselect all users use the check icon.
To select/deselect multiple items shift click the list.
To add selected users to the route use the over arrows.
To add a single item to the route, double click the item.
Minimize the panel after making changes to save space.
Note: Panel auto saves. No need to press save.
This panel allows for the assignment of specific devices to a route. The users assigned to this route will be able to use the assigned devices. The assigned devices will display the available routes in a drop down for the user to select. This panel works the same as the others.
To add selected devices to the route use the over arrows.
