LETTER SCHEMES
Letter Schemes contain letters to be printed on demand. These letters are set at the org unit level and can contain a variety of letter types.
Typical reasons to configure multiple letter schemes are varying state regulations requiring different verbiage or differing layout.
Letter templates use XML and HTML, reach out to support as needed for configuration and updates
Type Lists
The Enforcement Handheld allows the Enforcement Agent to select from a preselected list of items when issuing parking notices.
Available types include:
Vehicle States
Vehicle Bodies
Vehicle Color
Vehicle Make
Type lists are defined at the same level as enforcement handhelds and routes..
Type Lists may be found in the main menu under Options >Type Lists.
Possible types are on the left.
Types currently available for enforcement are on the right.
Types appear on the handheld in the order they are displayed.
To change the order, use the first icon to drag and drop the entry.
Note: It may be advantageous to move the states nearest to your organizational unit to the top of the list.
