The Arrive Multipass offers the ability to use a QR code at a FLASH PARCS location as an access credential. The Multipass QR codes provide free parking for the customer. It has a customizable configuration through the ParkWhiz Admin Console and can be set up to allow one or more parking sessions within a set of constraints (e.g. number of uses, start/end times). Multipasses provide a solution for events and season passes, or anytime you need to provide complimentary parking for some customers while operating in prepay mode
The customer is supplied with a Multipass QR code (by the means of the operator) and will scan their Arrive Multipass QR code on the entry kiosk to vend the gate. When they are ready to leave, they scan the QR code on the exit kiosk to be allowed out.
Note: Scanning on Entry is not required, a customer can get a Transient ticket on entry, and then scan the ticket on Exit followed by the Arrive Multipass to bypass payment.
The Multipass is configured and managed in the ParkWhiz Admin Console.
1. Login to www.admin.parkwhiz.com.
2. Select the Sellers tab from the left menu and select the location.
Multipasses tab: Confirm on the Seller level that you have access to the Multipass service. You should see a Multipasses tab.
Identify/add the relevant members that need access to the Multipass service.
1. Click on the Members tab from the Seller level (not from the location page).
2. Select the relevant Member or Create a New Member Account.
3. Check Admin Role to grant admin access to all the locations under this seller.
4. Select Save Changes. A green check will now appear in the Admin column in the list of Members.
5. Repeat the steps above for all the relevant members that need access to create Multipasses.
In addition to the ParkWhiz Admin Console configuration, the Multipass requires configuration in the FLASH Admin portal. Please contact FLASH Support to get a Multipass Parking Account set up and a $0 Multipass rate created.
1. Select the Multipasses tab from the Seller level (this tab won’t be displayed on the location page).
2. Select + new multipass.
4. Complete the specific multipass fields.
Limited time frame: Check if the Multipass usage should be limited to a specific time frame and enter the start and end details as shown below (date and time are required).
Unlimited time frame: If you leave this field unchecked then the Mutlipass will be valid from the date/time it’s created without an end date/time. You could limit the Multipass by other fields below such as total uses etc.
Date and Time are local per location (Not UTC)
Use = usage is based on a scan-in counter
Limit overall max uses: Set the max total uses of this multipass for all the related codes
Limit max uses per code: Set the max number of uses per code. Combining this limit with the total uses above or as a standalone limit is possible. There isn’t an option to set a different number of uses per code under the same multipass, if the limit is 5 then it will be applied to all the codes generated under this multipass.
Unlimited uses - If you leave these fields blank then no usage limit is applied

Limit max concurrent uses: Set the max concurrent uses of this multipass for all the related codes.

First, confirm that the multipass integration was configured at all the relevant locations otherwise they won’t show up in the drop list.
Limited locations - Click on the checkbox and select the supported locations for this multipass. If you selected this option then other locations under this seller won’t accept this multipass.
Unlimited locations - Leave this box unchecked if you want this multipass to be supported at these seller locations that have the multipass integration configured
Instead of deleting a multipass without an option to recover the codes, you could pause it and from that moment any code won’t be supported at any location. At any point you could uncheck the pause box and assuming other configurations don’t limit the usage you’ll be able to use the codes that were generated already
Click on the save button and the multipass is ready to go with the following tabs:
Once the Multipass is configured, select the Codes tab to view/download the multipass QR codes.
The Arrive Admin console does not offer the an option to send the downloaded QR codes to users. Providing the QR Codes to parkers is completed by the operators' terms.
