1. On your handheld device, tap on the Enforcement icon to open the application and sign in.
2. You will be brought to the ticket screen, tap the chevron in the top left corner to pull up the menu options and then select Reprint.
3. This section shows tickets that have been issued within the last 24 hours. Tap on the violation that needs to be re-issued, the line will then turn yellow to indicate that it has been selected.
4. Next, tap the Reprint Ticket text at the bottom of the screen.
The ticket will automatically print and the officer can continue with violations.
