Locations give you a list of all lots that are set up for your company. To view more information about a lot, drill into the site by double-clicking the line of the location you are wanting to open.
Users must populate all lines of information on the left side of the location pop-up; Name, Address, City, State, Zip, and Capacity are all required.
The Police Non-Emergency No. is populated here, this information will be used if the customer is using Event as well. If only Enforcement is being used, this field is informational.
The Enforcement Manager is an informational dropdown that will need to be populated with the default manager for that location.
The PARIS Location dropdown allows the user to select which of their integrated PARIS locations is associated with this lot. Locations with a PARIS location selected will appear in the application under the Scan Permit section.
The Parkmobile nForce Zone allows users to determine which zone should be correctly associated with the location. Lots with an nForce Zone selected will appear in the application under the Paid Vehicles section.
Lastly, the Digital Iris Region/Group will determine which of these areas is tied to this location. These lots are also listed within the Paid Vehicles section of the Enforcement app.
If you would like more information about the Event section of this page, please view our Event Location Guide here.
In order to add a new location, click the green plus icon in the lower left corner and populate all fields.
Click the green plus icon in the popup to Add New location or select the middle green icon to Save and Add Other, this can be used when adding multiple locations in one sitting.
Click the red Close icon to cancel out the new record.
You also have the option to hide or display inactive locations by selecting the purple action icon in the lower left corner. If your user has the correct security (they are marked as manager) then they will have the option to Import Entries here as well.
In order to deactivate or reactivate lots, the user must hold down the Control key (Windows) or the Command key (Mac) and select the location(s) needing to be deactivated/reactivated. They must then select the purple actions icon and choose the action they would like to complete. Users can choose to update multiple locations at once this way as well, whatever action you choose from the purple action menu will be applied to all selected locations.
In the bottom right corner you have the options to Print, export to Excel, export as CSV, and export as PDF.
