PROCESS VALIDATIONS
Our web-based validation system powered by the FLASH platform provides operators and asset owners a modern way to validate parking from any connected device.

VALIDATE WITH THE VALIDATION PORTAL
1. Go to https://v.flashvalet.com and log in to the Validation Portal with the Validation Account username and password.
2. If applicable, enter the PIN.
3. In the Ticket Number field, enter the ticket number, then click Find Ticket.
- If the parker used a credit card, enter the last four digits.
- If the parker entered with their mobile number, enter the 10-digit phone number.

4. (Optional) Select the Department.
5. Choose a Validation Price in the dropdown.
6. Click Validate Ticket to confirm the validation.
PRINT INDIVIDUAL OR BULK VALIDATIONS
You can Print individual or bulk validations on standard 7.5” x 11” paper and Avery 5963 and 5160 mailing labels. Disable browser pop-up blockers to allow the validation barcodes to generate. To enable this feature, contact support@flashparking.com.
To print validations, follow the steps below.
1. Go to https://v.flashvalet.com and log in to the Validation Portal with the Validation Account username and password.
2. If applicable, enter the Validator PIN.
2. At the top, click Print Validation/Coupon.
3. Follow the steps below based on whether you're printing Individual or bulk validations. Validations are the default setting, If you want to print coupons instead, click Print Coupon and follow the same steps below.
Individual Validation
1. Select the Ticket Type and the Validation Price.
2. If applicable, select Expiry Date and Department.
3. Under the Validation Price, click Print.
Bulk Validation
1. Select the Ticket Type and the Validation Price.
2. If applicable, select Expiry Date and Department.
3. Select Bulk Type:
- Avery Label 5963 prints 10 barcodes per page
- Avery Label 5160 prints 30 barcodes per page
4. Enter the Number to Print and at the bottom of the page, click Print.

5. Wait for the system to generate a PDF of the validations in a separate tab.
VALIDATE WITH A COUPON
1. Go to https://v.flashvalet.com and log in to the Validation Portal with the Validation Account
username and password.
2. If applicable, enter the account PIN.
3. Enter the Ticket Number.
4. Choose a Coupon in the dropdown and click Add Coupon. If coupons are set to combinable, more than one coupon can be added to the ticket.
5. Click Apply Coupons to confirm. 
VALIDATE WITH THE FLASH VALET APP
To validate tickets with the FLASH Valet app, follow the steps below. The FLASH Valet app is only available on iOS devices.
1. Log in to the FLASH Valet app with a validator account name and password.
2. Tap Validate Ticket.

3. Enter the Ticket Number and tap the magnifying glass, or tap the blue camera icon in the top right to scan the ticket's barcode. This page times out after 60 seconds. |  |
4. Select the Validation Price, tap Validate Ticket > Yes. |  |
5. Tap Yes on the confirmation prompt. |  |
VALIDATE WITH A SELF-VALIDATION KIOSK
Parkers can use the methods below to self validate at a kiosk.
- Barcoded Ticket: Scan the ticket barcode at the designated Self-Validation kiosk and the scheduled validation will automatically apply.
- Credit Card: Swipe the credit card and the scheduled validation will automatically apply.
- Mobile Number: Follow the steps below.
- Tap Other Options > I Entered My Mobile Phone # As My Ticket.
- Enter the mobile number used on entry and tap Go. The scheduled validation will automatically apply.
VALIDATE WITH A SELF-VALIDATION TABLET
Our self-validator product uses a Windows
Surface tablet to run our PARCS solution configured for a self validation
kiosk. The user interface functions identically to that of a self-validator kiosk;
the only difference is the hardware on which the software runs.
Using a tablet allows visitors to validate their tickets without the bulky
physical footprint of a kiosk. Often used in lobbies or by front desks, tablets
are a convenient and versatile option for guest validation services. The Parkers or attendants can use the methods below to self-validate at a designated validation tablet.
- Barcoded Ticket: Scan the ticket barcode with the attached scanner on the self-validation tablet and the scheduled validation will automatically apply.
- Mobile Number: Follow the steps below.
- Tap Other Options > I Entered My Mobile Phone # As My Ticket.
- Enter the mobile number used on entry and tap Go. The scheduled validation will automatically apply.
Self-Validator Tablet Components

The credit card entry option can be disabled. If enabled, parkers using their credit card as their ticket must obtain a printed barcode validation instead of using the self-validation tablet.
