The camera is a simple, USB connected device. If using the Help Me Parker integration, the camera provides
a visual when the parker requests help at the kiosk.
If the camera is not working correctly, follow the steps below until the issue is resolved.
1. Ensure the USB connection is secure.
2. Plug the camera into a different slot on the USB hub. If this resolves the issue, contact FLASH Support for a replacement USB hub.
3. If the issue continues, contact FLASH Support.
