The detailed data section allows you to run detailed reports. These report files can be exported so that you can save them on your device.

KIOSK LOGS
Allows you to search your FLASH logs. It pulls the same data as our FLASHLog product.
With this tool you can search for the following logs:
- Success: Transactions that occur without issue.
- Information: Primarily “Vend Gate” type of occurrences.
- Denied: Action is denied based a reason which is typically presented to the parker, i.e. NFC Denied Entry because card is disabled.
- Exception: An unexpected issue occurs, i.e Prox card not found, ticket not found, parking voucher not found, NFC Tag not found, etc.
TRANSACTION DETAIL
The transaction detail section will display ticket-by-ticket information with items that include Ticket Number, Arrival & Departure date and time, Duration, Payment Amount, etc.
